We do aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible but we recommend that you only arrange for tradesmen to carry out work on your behalf after your goods have actually been delivered.
Once a worktop order has been placed, we will provide you with a delivery date which may be negotiable. If no one is available to sign for the order on the day of delivery, we will have to set up a new delivery date and charge a delivery fee.
Please note that for all of our deliveries, someone must be available to sign for and check the order, as well as assist the delivery driver in unloading the worktops. For worktops 4 metres long or longer, or wider than 630 mm, 2 additional people will be required to assist the delivery driver. Please be advised that the worktops can be very heavy. If you are in any doubt as to whether sufficient help can be provided please call our office immediately - the safe unloading of your worktops is of paramount importance to us.
Waiting times for outlying regions of the UK mainland, such as the Scottish Highlands, may be longer - the customer will be informed of any extra waiting time involved before their card is charged.
Delivery pricing is based on location and quantity. For the most competitive delivery price please call our office.
Please note: Your worktops must be oiled immediately - not doing so may result in heat or moisture damage to your worktop. A minimum of 3 coats top, bottom and sides, with additional coats on the top to provide a hard wearing finish. Simply follow the application instructions found on our worktop oil for best results. If you are in any doubt please feel free to call our office for guidance. We will not be liable for any damage occurring as a result of not following this advice.
Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
